A replacement blade for the CobraHead® Long Handle Weeder & Cultivator
This easy-to-install steel replacement blade fits any length CobraHead long handle weeder. The unique, sharp blade cuts through hard soil easily and is perfect for weeding closely planted crops, such as onions, carrots, beets, and greens.
The CobraHead Long Handle blade is thin, sharp, and strong. However, due to its thinness, it is not indestructible. So please note that it is not designed for pulling dandelions out of the lawn or for removing large plants and roots.
This kit includes a replacement blade, set screw, and hex wrench for assembly.

We have both Cobrahead tools (long and short handles). Of all the gardening tools we have purchased over the years, these are the best! When I recently snapped the head off the long handle tool, I immediately contacted the company for a replacement part. The Customer Service representative was phenomenal. The part arrived in days and was simple to replace. It came with parts and tools to do it perfectly. I fixed it in two minutes and gave been using it for a solid week. This tool is tremendous!!
I would say that the CobraHead was the single most important tool in my gardening equipment, but I have three, the original, long handle and mini.
I had to replace the blade on the long handle. The blade fell out while I was ripping out a substantial patch of poison ivy by the roots. I'm on the edge of the woods, so it's endemic to the area. Birds like the berries. The long handle enables you to tease out the roots of the vine often 6 to 10 feet long, without getting too close. Unfortunately, the tapping screw loosened a bit and the blade fell out disappeared into the pile that had nurtured the poison ivy. No regrets!
Planted 50 years ago, ivy had taken over my wooded area and climbed trees. First mowed the area to remove leaves and then used Cobra Head tools to pull the vines to the surface where I could pull them. After 30 minutes per day for 6 months the English (ivy) ihas been conquered and it was great cardio exercise. Appropriately, the English (ivy) madel its last unsuccessful stand along Yorktown Dr. Thank you Cobra Head.
Took all of a minute or 2 to install, good instructions with tool. Took about 10 years to wear out the original head. I love this tool I use it nearly every summer day,
Great tool, original is getting worn. This my go to tool. Never want to be without one.
